Mark has delivered document management solutions for over a decade, and has been in the technology market his entire career. He possesses a strong understanding of how document management services and solutions can positively impact an organization’s bottom line. Mark knows the competitive landscape, hardware, software solutions from many years in the industry. Native to the Southeast, he is rooted in the community, and understands the value and benefit that a local presence brings to his clients. In addition to his B.S. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate, Mark also earned his M.Ed from Converse College.

Bud provides years of diverse executive business experience in operations and business development that helps develop solutions from the client’s perspective. Bud has 15+ years managing document imaging operations and a range of outsourced services, along with knowledge of inter-workings of businesses and what makes them successful. His knowledge of business and financial processes and many years of utilizing large scale electronic document systems make InStream uniquely qualified to assist our clients. His guidance has allowed InStream to successfully grow and significantly expand its service offerings. A growing company and active family keep the days full and rewarding. Bud is a licensed CPA who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Murray State University, along with an American Institute of Imaging Management ECM Practitioner & Specialist Certification.

CFO

Doug has 30 years of experience in accounting and finance and 17 years of experience in the document technology industry. Early in his career, Doug worked for three years in public accounting where he earned his CPA license, followed by 10 years in the manufacturing industry before joining the document management world in 1999. Doug graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelors’ in Accounting. Doug and his wife have two daughters and in his free time he enjoys sports and camping.

Dennis began in sales with Biel’s Document Management in 1973 and moved into marketing and sales management in 1980, serving as Biel’s president until the company joined InStream in 2016. Dennis has been consistently involved with the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) and was co-founder of the Buffalo Chapter. Dennis has an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis with concentrations in marketing and finance.

Chad is an experienced IT Professional with proven skills in leadership, IT management, vendor relations, contract management, and the implementation of methodologies for a multitude of IT systems. A builder by nature, Chad began his career scanning and indexing documents before becoming the Information Services Officer for a well-known and highly-regarded community bank in the Southeast. Immediately prior to joining InStream, Chad was in a leadership role for a team of Engineers, Analysts, and Project Managers tasked with managing the organic development and delivery of multiple products for a large mortgage company. When not serving InStream in his role as National Director of Business Development, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, preferably doing something in the great outdoors.

Marc has more than 30 years of data processing, document management, capture, system integration, and software development experience.  Marc was a cofounder of Binary Office who’s technical expertise have been recognized and awarded throughout the market place for 18 years before being acquired by InStream.  Marc manages InStream’s technical group guiding design, development, and delivery of customer based integration and customization services that make InStream’s products work the way our customers need them to.  Marc is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Management at Arizona Statue University and holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and a member of Alpha Iota Delta, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.

Jason Wilhelm

Jason has more than 10 years of programming experience, including a variety of document imaging and solutions projects working with InStream’s Twinstar team. CDIA+, Kofax Capture 10, and Kofax Transformation Module certified, he is proficient in a wide range of programming and modeling languages, including Java, C#, VB.NET, SQL, HTML, Coldfusion, ASP, JSP, UML, and ER-Modeling. Jason holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University. He lives in the Denver area.

Kelley Hartman

Kelley, a 25-year industry veteran, is a Certified Document Imaging Architect. She most recently served as senior technical support specialist. Previously, she handled installations, technical support, and product training for Scientific Calculations, Inc. Kelley is a graduate of dozens of industry software training programs, and she works closely with customers to determine document management solutions, coordinate all aspects of project scheduling and implementation, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction throughout InStream projects.

Business Development Executive

Jenni Van Hart joined the Micrographics' team in 1998.  She has with several degrees, B.A., B.Com, M.Com (with honors), from the University of Canterbury. With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Van Hart's specialties include information systems management, evolving technologies, and process development. She has served as secretary on the Board of the North Central/Gainesville Chapter of Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) and also served and chaired the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM) Service Company Executive Forum Committee.
