It Starts With The Discovery Phase.

This part of the relationship is critical for determining your needs and getting a grasp on the scope of the project ahead.

Once we get to know your business, our team will evaluate your current processes. We do this by meeting with company management, as well as the end users, to learn how things are being done today and to hear your thoughts about what should (and shouldn’t!) carry over to a new system.

As we evaluate your processes we’ll ask questions such as:

  • What does your system need to do?
  • What do you wish your system could do in order to make your business more efficient or profitable than it is today?
  • What would the end users like to see this system do in an ideal world?
  • What would management like to see in a dream world?

Once we’ve invested ourselves fully in your team and learned about both your current needs and future desires, we get to work on designing solutions.

When we sit down with you in the discovery phase and evaluate your current processes, we’re not just interviewing your company and writing down a checklist of things to build – we’re actually analyzing how these needs and desires play into your overarching business goals.
